Free 30-Day Returns

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in the original packaging and with all tags attached.

To start a return, email sac.ldnkix@proton.me with your order number, item(s) and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and, where available, a pre-paid return label. Please follow the instructions within the timeframe specified in our email.

Cooling-Off Period (Distance Sales)

Depending on your location and applicable consumer law, you may have a statutory right to cancel your online order within a set “cooling-off” period (typically 14 days from the day after you receive your goods), without giving any reason. When this right applies, after notifying us of your cancellation, you generally have a further period to send the item back.

Where a statutory cooling-off right applies, upon cancellation we will refund: (a) the price paid for the item(s), and (b) the original delivery cost up to the standard delivery rate (any premium/express upgrade is not refunded). Refunds are made within 14 days of either receiving the returned item or receiving acceptable evidence of posting—whichever is earlier.

Who Pays for the Return?

Where a pre-paid return label is provided by us and used as instructed, return shipping will be free for you. If you choose to use another carrier/service or if a pre-paid label is not available for your location, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs (unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item).

Condition Checks

All returns are inspected. Items that do not meet the conditions above (unused, original packaging, tags attached) may be rejected or refunded partially according to the condition of the goods.

Refunds

We issue refunds to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return or acceptable proof of posting (for cancellations under any applicable cooling-off right). Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within a few working days.

The original delivery fee is refunded only up to the standard rate where applicable. Outbound premium/express upgrades are not refundable. Exchange shipments are generally sent on our standard service.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue and your order number at sac.ldnkix@proton.me. In cases of confirmed faults or incorrect items, we will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the product in line with applicable consumer protection laws, and we will cover reasonable return postage costs.

Exclusions

  • Personalised/customised items
  • Hygiene-sealed items once opened (e.g., socks/insoles in opened hygiene packaging), unless faulty
  • Items that show wear, odour, damage or alteration after delivery, unless faulty
  • Gift cards

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
